Scope & acceptance

These terms govern your use of scalplogical.com, the free diagnostic quiz, and the ScalpLogical Master Protocol book (the “Content”). By using the site or the Content, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site or apply the protocol.

Educational purpose — not medical advice

All Content is for informational and educational purposes only. ScalpLogical operates as an educational interpretation model applying biomechanical principles to cosmetic scalp environments; it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any medical condition, including alopecia or scalp pathologies.

The diagnostic quiz produces an educational score across cosmetic scalp-environment axes. It is not a medical diagnostic instrument, and its results must not be treated as a clinical assessment.

Nothing on this site or in the book replaces the advice of a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult one before using mechanical tools or altering your wellness routine — especially if you have a skin condition, a scalp pathology, or are under medical treatment.

Regulatory disclosure

No statements, theories, or routines outlined in the Content have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The techniques and tools described — including mechanical decompression, consumer-grade light systems, and cosmetic micro-channeling devices — are intended solely for general cosmetic care, scalp hygiene, and personal grooming.

Assumption of risk & limitation of liability

By implementing any technique, tool, or supplement suggested in the protocol, you voluntarily assume all associated risks, including skin irritation or other adverse effects. The author (Kassem Rizk) and ScalpLogical disclaim any liability for damages arising directly or indirectly from the application of this information.

Purchases & digital products

The ScalpLogical Master Protocol is sold as a digital product through Gumroad. Payment, delivery, and refunds are processed by Gumroad under Gumroad’s own terms of service and refund policy.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the book for your own use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share the book or your access to it.

The ScalpLogical Master Protocol, the ScalpLogical name, and all site and book content — text, structure, diagrams, and the diagnostic quiz — are the property of ScalpLogical and the author, Kassem Rizk. All rights reserved. No part may be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission, except brief quotations with attribution.

Imagery disclosure

All structural simulations and visual diagrams in the book are conceptual visualizations engineered using generative AI platforms (including Google Gemini and Kling AI) for educational and explanatory purposes only. They illustrate the engineering principles described in the protocol and do not depict actual clinical, anatomical, or histological imagery.
