Who we are

ScalpLogical (scalplogical.com) publishes the ScalpLogical Master Protocol — an educational guide applying biomechanical principles to cosmetic scalp care — together with a free diagnostic quiz and occasional email updates. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Diagnostic quiz: if you choose to receive your results by email, we collect your first name, last name, email address, your quiz answers, and the resulting scores. Completing the quiz without entering your email is also possible — results are shown on screen either way.

Newsletter: if you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address.

That is the full list. We do not collect payment details, account passwords, or location data, and the site does not require you to create an account.

How we use it

We use your email and quiz data for exactly two purposes: (1) to send you the quiz results you requested, and (2) — only if you gave explicit consent via the checkbox — to send occasional updates about new editions, translations, or supporting tools.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use your quiz answers for anything other than generating and emailing your result.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Pages you visit here are not profiled or tracked by us.

Third-party services

Email delivery and newsletter list: we use Brevo (brevo.com) to send result emails and manage the newsletter list. Your name and email are stored with Brevo for this purpose, subject to Brevo’s privacy policy.

Book purchases: the ScalpLogical Master Protocol is sold through Gumroad. Your purchase, payment details, and order data are processed entirely by Gumroad under Gumroad’s own terms and privacy policy — we never see or store your payment information.

Contact channels: if you reach us via WhatsApp or email, those messages are handled by the respective providers (Meta for WhatsApp, your and our email providers).

Affiliate links: the site and the book contain links to third-party product pages. Once you leave scalplogical.com, the destination site’s privacy policy applies.

Retention & your rights

We keep your email on the newsletter list until you unsubscribe — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or permanently delete the data we hold about you (including your quiz submission). Write to hello@scalplogical.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Children

This site and its content are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting newsletter subscribers will be announced by email.
